Last week Roth Fioretti LLC contributed bottled water, hygiene products, diapers and other items to help aid the victims of the Louisiana flood.
The humanitarian drive was co-sponsored by Operation PUSH and radio WVON. The severe flooding in Baton Rouge has killed at least 13 people, destroyed homes and caused thousands to flee for their lives.
“The impact in Baton Rouge was devastating, a tragedy that has left piles of debris stretched along for miles, in areas that were never before considered flood zones,” said Bob Fioretti, “No one could have anticipated this crisis, and thousand are left with no recourse.”
“The calamity we have seen in Baton Rouge is unprecedented, with an estimated cost of $30 million to bring some sort of restoration to the area, “said Mark Roth, Partner at Roth Fioretti, “Everyday items such as diapers, socks, and hand sanitizers are a step towards that recovery.”
